Export Return & Cancellation Policy
If an international (export) customer requests cancellation before dispatch, a cancellation fee of 5% of the invoice value will be deducted.
Once the shipment has been dispatched, cancellation or return requests will not be accepted.
In exceptional cases such as incorrect product shipment or quality concerns, the company will review the request and take a decision at its sole discretion.
