Shipping Information – India

  • Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders.

  • Estimated delivery time depends on your location and mode of payment.

  • Orders that are readily available are usually delivered within 5–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. Please get in touch with our customer support team to place a COD order.

Shipping Information – International

Standard Shipping

  • We offer worldwide free standard shipping.

  • International orders are typically delivered within 15–25 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and local customs regulations.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days.

  • As per U.S. customs regulations, shipments to the United States may attract import duties of approximately 55% of the order value, which are levied by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Priority / Express Shipping

  • Express shipping is available via UPS with a minimum shipping charge of ₹5,000.

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Important Note for International Shipping (Standard & Express):
All international duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout. There are no additional charges at the time of delivery, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. We handle customs clearance on your behalf.

Important International Shipping Information

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel. These are determined by the shipping partner and may include customs processing and related logistics costs.

  • All international consignments undergo a mandatory quality and customs inspection in India. Packages are scanned, X-rayed, and cleared by Customs officials before dispatch.

Please note: International orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Additional Shipping Information

  • If your order contains products sourced from different branches, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple packages at different times.

  • Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

  • Our customer support team may contact you if additional information is required to process your order.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with shipping details will be sent to you.

  • Orders cannot be redirected or cancelled after dispatch.
