Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

All our jewellery is handcrafted with care, making each piece unique. Since every product is handmade and adorned with semi-precious stones, slight variations, irregularities, or natural imperfections may occur. These are not defects but a testament to the artisanal process and human craftsmanship. Each creation is truly one of a kind—just like you.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the rare event of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us on the same day of delivery, along with a clear video recording of the parcel being opened. Claims made without an unboxing video or after the same day will not be accepted.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched after thorough quality checks. In case of approved damage claims, customers may be required to courier the product back at their own expense or contact our customer support team for assistance in arranging return shipping.

Please note that customised or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
